These are a variation of Meal-in-a-Biscuit Crackers from Sarah Wilsons ‘I Quit Sugar’ book. Sarah has some wonderful recipes; I have just changed this one to be Low FODMAP. They can be enjoyed in many different ways and I’ve also found they are great when travelling!

Ingredients:
½ cup chia seeds
½ cup LSA
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
1 tablespoon fresh, chopped herbs
( i used rosemary, basil and parsley)
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon cumin
1 cup of water
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Spread mixture on the tray pressing down with the back of a spoon until half a centimetre thick.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and cut into squares and flip.
6. Bake for another 25 minutes.
7. Once cooled completely store in an air tight container
